Sweatshirt Quilt Block

Some Tilda Fabric and a thrifted sweatshirt.

I just put a same sized piece of flannel, right sides together.  

Sewed leaving a space to turn.

I thought about a thin piece of batting,

 but glad I decided not to do that.

Pressed well.  Good thing I tried it on first....had to move the block down some before attaching to the sweatshirt.  Sewed around the outside of the block and stitched in the ditch to add some quilting.
